It confuses me when some people say that Nessa is trying too hard, because she’s not even trying anymore at this point. Most of the lyrics sound AI generated and she’s likely only doing this to try and stay relevant which I understand but..girl pls put some effort into ur songs. Ugh, I should have listened to this sooner. This is one of the most unique and quite interesting things I have heard in a while. It’s so incredible that I think that no album could ever replace something like this. This is not the album I thought it would be. 9.5/10
Best tracks: Hey Jane (it’s such a soothing and nostalgic feeling song ugh) Sticky, balloon.
Least fav tracks: Judge Judy (the random moaning at the end kind of ruined the song ngl).
Honestly, most of these songs just feel like scrapped songs from previous era’s, but it’s not terrible. This album was actually pretty enjoyable and her lyricism was great as usual. The transitions could have been better though. One thing I don’t like about this whole MEGAN era is her using Asians on a lot her songs for clout or something idk.
