The Cure - Songs of a Lost World
88

woooow i love it

the only other the cure ive heard so far is disintegration, and this just feels like that but if it were made in 2024

it was incredible then and would still be now. this bangs

fav tracks: all
least fav: none

Tyler, The Creator - DON'T TAP THE GLASS
73

this is the tyler album of all time

its just a lot of fun. nothing really special or super memorable

but it had me bouncin and movin

fav tracks: Big Poe, Sucka Free, Don't Worry Baby, I'll Take Care of You, Tell Me What It Is
least fav: Mommanem, Stop Playing With Me

Fleshwater - Jetpack
83

im so cited for this album

Bring Me The Horizon - That's The Spirit
75

known about this album forever but havent listened to it till now, and its pretty good

a few bangers but most of the songs are just alright. oli's vocals are sort of hit or miss for me sometimes

but its a fun time and i like it for that

fav tracks: Happy Song, True Friends
least fav: Throne, Oh No

Seconds To Go - Seconds To Go
83

a hidden gem i stumbled upon today

some very great emo stuff on here, similar to MCR and TBS i think

thought the vocals were kinda weird at first but they grew on me on second listen

good stuff i like it a lot

fav tracks: Very Monster, This Door, In The Corner, Masquerade, Stark Raving Mad
least fav: none

I Set My Friends On Fire - You Can't Spell Slaughter Without Laughter

but that interlude track BANGS

they do make a great duo, almost too great at times

a pleasent listen front to back

fav tracks: Fly As Me, After Last Night
least fav: Skate, 777, Silk Sonic Intro

Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
91

truly a masterpiece. one of the greatest of the 20th century

i knew i was going to love this, and i sorta knew what i was expecting and sorta didnt

nonetheless its incredible

fav tracks: all
least fav: none

Ethel Cain - Perverts
60

unfortunately i dont entirely understand this, it really isnt my thing. but i can still appreciate certain aspects to it

the only exposure i had to ethel cain before listening to this was the collab she did with american football (which is incredible), so of course my expectations were shattered right from the first track

but i did somewhat enjoy this album, it was interesting enough to keep me engaged

fav tracks: Punish, Amber Waves
least fav: Housofpsychoticwomn, Etienne

Oasis - Be Here Now
71

yeah its alright, some good ol oasis

nothing special at all which gets pretty boring at times. almost all these songs are waaaay too long

at this point i know what to expect from oasis, so i feel like i wont like their stuff that came after this one

fav tracks: D'You Know What I Mean?, Stand By Me, Don't Go Away
least fav: All Around The World, It's Gettin' Better (Man!!), All Around The World (Reprise)

it feels so ethereal like i just stepped into another dimension

i love it a lot, i will surely listen to more of their music very soon

fav tracks: all
least fav: none

Radiohead - Pablo Honey
73

truly humble beginnings, but still pretty damn good

its nowhere near as great as later radiohead but theres still some incredible moments on here

sometimes im reminded that this is indeed their first album though

fav tracks: You, Creep, Lurgee, Blow Out
least fav: Thinking About You, Anybody Can Play Guitar

Jon Bellion - FATHER FIGURE
80

i remember waiting for glory sound prep to release back when i was like 13. i thought that album was amazing then and i think its still great now. i got that some feeling of anticipation for this album, i was so so excited but also really nervous. 7 years for another album, it was definitely going to sound different and i wondered if it'd be something i would love

though i dont think its his best work, i think its his best album out of his three. the corniness is long gone, and it feels ... read more

Jon Bellion - The Separation
68

decent step up from TTS, but still carries some corny ass lyrics

i like the production quite a bit, and the melodies are great. but those LYRICS (and vocals sometimes)

face creased quite often through this, but also bobbed my head a lot

fav tracks: Jim Morrison, To My Future Wife..., A Dedicated Instrumental, NewYorkSoul, Kingdom Come
least fav: Superman, The Gift and the Curse, When the Lions Come

Jon Bellion - Translations Through Speakers
57

old jon bellion some of the corniest music ive ever heard

but also some of jons most melodic songs, and some of them are really good

quite a bit of them stink ass however. humble beginnings

fav tracks: LIFE, Don't Ask Cuz I Don't Know, For The Dreamers, Paper Planes
least fav: Dead Man Walking, Wutup Snow?, While You Count Sheep

Don't Ask Cuz I Don't Know - 70

Jon Bellion - WHY
54

god please dont let this album be bad please please please

caroline - caroline 2
75

no clue who caroline were before going into this but i thought the album cover was interesting. theres some stuff i kind of love but a lot i dont like all that much

i thought the vocals were sorta meh for the majority of the album and that most of their ideas meshed together in such an unpleasent way

but its interesting for the most part, i can see why this has such a high score

fav tracks: Total euhporia, Coldplay cover
least fav: When I get home, U R UR ONLY ACHING, Two riders down
