"record, daughter of darkness so if you wanna get into that I’d suggest this and maybe also exposing yourself to the even noiser side of NSB with Night Coercision or Between the real and the shadow (my favorite NSB, but disclaimer its very noisy). At the end of the day I would totally suggest this if you’re interested. It is a pretty good intro to them, but if you really want the full picture of who NSB is listen to Dance of The Moon and Sun first and then this. If you just wanna hear good music listen to this then. The first song is a masterpiece especially if you like drone and long atmospheric pieces."

"@lampreviews while it may only be 3 songs, the 3 are all over 10 minutes and the opener is 40. Its certainly a pretty heavy listen especially emotionally at times I found, but thats mainly my experience. If you’ve listened to other NSB before such as The Winter Ray or Dance of the Moon and Sun, this is an excellent record to listen to after. It shows a lot of what the band would accomplish on other longer releases. If you haven’t checked out NSB yet and want to listen to this at some point I’d suggest Dance of the Moon and Sun, its a great intro to their works. If you’re already digging them this is easily the most accessible and one of the best works from this period. This is also a great preview to what they would do on their most famous"
