there are some cool songs, but this just sounds like the beastie boys were just going through the motions with this one, and it makes the album really boring and kinda bad sometimes
this is an exhilatering, fun and thrilling experience from beggining to end. i love this so much and im glad that i listened to it just because the cover art's cool as hell

EDIT: 85 -> 92
every time i listen to this album i like it even more, the flow is so incredible, everything's so catchy and so high energy all the way through, i love it
This one's prolly the most diverse album of the Beastie Boys, at least at this point in their discography, and I really fucking like it! Really appreciate the instrumentals here blending funk, punk and hip-hop. Damn, this may be their album with the best instrumentals 'till now, and it's damn fun as always!

All this fucking album's just so fucking relatable to me. It gives me an immense amount of comfort listening to this album, and I really love how in his lyrics, Jeff Rosenstock's Just a dude. He comes off as so vulnerable, and the level of maturity here for pop punk songs is just so fucking refreshing. I love everything here.

This record continues as fresh, fun and sincere as I remembered it being when I first listened to it 3 years ago. Tyler's just incredible, man.
Favorite tracks: Foreword, Where This Flower Blooms, See You Again, Who Dat Boy, Pothole, Garden Shed, Boredom, 911/Mr. Lonely, Glitter
Least favorite track: Enjoy Right Now, Today
Hearing this album is like entering a underwater club where you can see weird glowing fish in the windows. I mostly dig the vibe very much, and the prodution is really cool, even for me, who doesn't really like house and dance. I just felt that these influences were really well merged with the hip hop here.
The only really bad thing here is that I feel like that the project looses some of its steam in the last tracks.

This one's my favorite Tyler record. Its a really fucking improvement from Goblin, and yes, it is kinda boring at points but I enjoy it every fucking time I listen to it. The camp setting is really fucking cool to me and I really like where the story goes, and just there's a lot of great beats and bars here. What an awesome album!

There are some good songs, but most of them are kinda bad, and you can really tell the production is kinda... rough. Still, I thinj it is a interesting spot in Tyler's carreer, and I'm still quite fond of the narrative here, even if it isnt that good.
Favorite songs: Yonkers, Radicais, She, Golden
