Went into this really wanting to love it, yet the music would felt incredibly uninviting until around a third of the way in. The instruments were also varied in terms of how sound quality, with the saxophones and double bass sounding fantastic whilst the flutes sounded tinny and flat.

Not a single bad song on it, yet it lacks Cave World’s flow. So easy to tell they had fun making this however

Way too many interludes which take up far more runtime than they should, but the rest of the songs are great

Undeniably bloated, but the highlights are some of the best things I’ve heard in a long time

Third, Fourth and Last track don’t go that hard but the rest slap

Fantastic highs, although there are some questionable songs in the tracklist. Thankfully these are brief and shouldn’t distract the listener too much.
