i have an unusual spiritual connection with this album and i've discovered it when i was only a kid. nobody else knew it, even now i never see people appreciating it. many interesting points made here, but seriously, album is half-filled with one of the best pop-anthems of a current age. i won't kneel and time and space are PHENOMENAL. how the hell is this album so overlooked?
it’s very fresh and creative effort to mix styles, also the whole concept and lyrics are meaningful and not cringy. however, as much as i like and respect this work, i don’t really replay it or listen to it as an album. don’t know why such good work doesn’t resonate the way it should. that’s a common thing with Rina for me.
a huge glow-down from soundtracks for previous instalments. sometimes it’s borderline elevator music or a corporate slop.
my merit is that i played this game for 11 years, probably more hours than 2 and 3 combined, and still can’t remember anything besides couple of tracks — and even they can’t get stuck in my head.
no explicit slop here, only 2-3 tracks that i find mildly annoying due to their mediocrity. there’s a part II of this soundtrack that features ... read more
honestly it’s trying so hard it’s just not genuine. never liked it enough musically and i think it aged bad: tryhard “artsy” take on a quite bland problem that is better unnuanced. i don’t believe Donald, he gives off establishment vibes, vulturing on global struggle like it’s some aesthetic.
also i’m not american and would never wish to be one

i might start searching for my london-themed earring set from Accessorize that i bought in 2012 along with owl pendant and moustache earrings. that’s what this album does to me
so. let’s preface it with me being a lifelong Gaga fan. let’s go:
MAYHEM is easily her best work since ARTPOP. singers always say something like “it’s my most personal album to date” and, surprisingly, in this case it’s true. for the longest time, Gaga’s art was a reflection of her pain, and despite her new record looking dark, filled with rough visuals and given the definitive ‘Chaos’ title, it’s a quite sweet and content record. ... read more
i remember waiting for my 16’s birthday for years so i can turn “fluffy” on when it hits 00:00 on the clock. totally one of my most ultimate coming-of-age soundtracks.
does his sister hate him because how do you, having your level of connections, release a song with such an awful mixing and off-key vocals. not to mention it would be still bad with a good production. but that’s Gay Music (not for gays but by gays) so it goes
this album BANGS hard, it’s going to be remembered as one of the starting points for a new, exiting sound pop music is adopting right now for the next couple years (at least, i hope)
we had this conversation with Rose Gray’s new album but, like, just deal with the fact that Brat is mad influential and made a new wave. things are going to sound like it, artists will happily and respectfully ride the wave and we’re going to appreciate it. at the end of the day Brat didn’t ... read more
tender, blissful record – i still prefer Galore, but this album brings out a sound that’s dear to me, more reminiscent of 2020’s bladee/ecco ethereal era.
pre-released tracks hit a bit harder than the rest. overall a great record. love it!
the kind of album that you find out is released through none other than your tumblr feed. true story.
a product of its time, truly, now it’s more of a nostalgia listen than a timeless classic. but the GOOD type of nostalgia listen, not the one that’s “i was a kid listening to dumb stuff”.
back then Glass Animals were “alternative” and “niche”…. and actually, like, very stylish. i wonder what happened next…. whatever. this album is ... read more
Chapell would be a perfect, Lady Gaga-level popstar, If she completely abolishes this annoying Taylor Swift-esque style of songwriting that is present in her less hyped songs from this album. the one that infected every single new-age pop girl out there: Sabrina, Gracie Abrams and less popular ones. hearing her stylish bops like Pink Pony Club, SGUMG, Hot To Go Good Luck, Babe! and Femininomenon, i get borderline dazed by a presence of tracks like Coffee or My Kink is Karma, that sound like ... read more
