i just can't believe how consistently perfect every single album by this band is. 4:50 and onwards in "as embers dress the sky" might be the most beautiful thing i've ever heard lowkey

this is such a fun listen, easily in my top two immolation records

i'm usually more of an extreme metal person but this is so so good

i don't feel good about this album being my favorite bloodbath album because of how much of a mikael akerfeldt fan i am but god damn this is good

honestly one of my favorite melodeath albums ive ever heard, i really love this

vocals remind me a lot of Death, some great riffs and fun solos but ultimately not anything too crazy in my opinion

cowboy themed black metal is something that many chuds would be a big fan of but this is lowkey really good

i really don't like the vocals on this but otherwise it's quite good. if the vocals were better i could see it being a 85-90

one of the best death-doom albums ever high key

really great bdm, honestly heavier than i'm used to but it's a super great album. i love the doomy parts, as well as the female vocalist on the 6th track

this cover is soooooo tuff holy hell anyway this is a pretty fun ep mikaels growls are really great here

high key disappointing for gojira. the rest of their records are all really great but this one is just really boring to me. terra incognita is my favorite gojira album and this is such a huge step down from that

pretty decent to good death doom, not much else i can say about it really
