96

The best r&b album i've ever listened ngl.

Future - WE STILL DON'T TRUST YOU
81

honestly i liked it even more than the first one.
it doesn't have many highlights like the first one but honestly it's just a consistent and good project all the way through.
edit: streets made me a king is my song of the year so far
edit 2 (85-->75): I may have overrated this a bit. There are a couple of songs that i don't come back to at all, but the vast majority are still really good.
Overall the first album is better.
edit (75-->81): hits harder during winter

Kendrick Lamar - DAMN.
90

Not overrated. Amazing songs all throughout the project.

Baby Keem - DIE FOR MY BITCH
76

Pretty good mixtape. Keem looks really flexible here and the project is really fun to listen to.

Doja Cat - Scarlet 2 CLAUDE
70

surprisingly good
edit (80 --> 75): not THAT good

Future - WE DON'T TRUST YOU
85

imma listen to this later but im giving this a 90 already because it's metro and pluto man, they can't miss
edit: yeah they didn't miss but it's kinda bloated
edit 2: nah this is peak

Kendrick Lamar - good kid, m.A.A.d city
100

Yeah I don't have much to say here: this is the best story telling album of all time, listening to this feels like watching a movie.

JPEGMAFIA - LP!
100

This was one of my first introductions to experimental hip hop and jpegmafia in general, and i'm really glad it was.
Almost every track here is flawless: amazing production and the songs flow well into each other.
I still prefer this version over the offline one tho.

Kid Cudi - INSANO
42

every song sounded the same except two/three highlights and that "song" featuring x.
painfully boring and honestly he just sounds like a washed up version of travis at this point.

Travis Scott - UTOPIA
71

It's good but kinda overrated, I used to enjoy this way more when it first came out; listening to it almost every day on radio sucked most of the entertaining aspects from the songs. For example: on first listen I thought I KNOW ? was the best track but now it's just streamed all the time and it became so boring to listen to.
Overall I still enjoy most of the tracks here, just not as much as I used to.

Travis Scott - ASTROWORLD
90

My favourite Travis album.
Amazing production and tracklist; not a single bad track. Features are also great.
Listening to this takes you to a whole other dimension.

Quavo - Rocket Power
73

Most of the album is filled with great introspective cuts, the best ones are the first and last track.
Some are skips but overall pretty good.
RIP Takeoff 🚀

21 Savage - american dream
55

It's fine, just nothing special.
21 can sound monotone and boring at times, mostly because of his dry delivery, but most of the features here help the album sound a lot more enjoyable.
edit (69 ---> 55): i forgot this dropped this year and i don't really want to go back to any of these songs

Billie Eilish - Happier Than Ever
91

Never thought I'd ever like a pop record but here we are.
Great vocals and production, also really good track order; all the momentum leading to the song Happier than ever is amazing.

60

It's alright but yall need to stop getting so influenced with other people's opinion.
The moment Fantano and Brad reviewed this the score went form 75 to 56.

Offset - SET IT OFF
79

The album starts off strong, then becomes a bit boring, then it picks up the pace again towards the end and finally ends with two kinda not finished songs.
The overall experience is enjoyable, but offset can't carry this many tracks.
edit (72-->79): honestly this has been in my rotation since it came out so I might as well raise up the score

Offset - SET IT OFF
95

imma be real
edit (100-->95): minus five points because I hate the trend of releasing music only on youtube
