I think that the individual pieces of this album are good, but it completely stumbles at the finish line. This album is not cohesive in the slightest, and feels more like a thrown-together playlist instead of an actual album. I swear, the transition between Selah and Follow God is one of the most jarring ones I've ever heard in an album. Those two songs were NOT meant to be next to each other.

This album is like an exaggerated caricature of what a boomer thinks modern rap sounds like.
From the garbage beats which sound like loops from GarageBand, to the absolutely godawful quality of the vocals, which have been drowned in so many autotune and robotic effects that it sounds like Kanye's vocal performance was recorded inside of a microwave, this is probably what my grandmother hears when she listens to Travis Scott.
