The newest release from Real Estate proves that they don't have to rely on the formula which their last 2 records suffered from. The tracks here are diverse, colorful, and even ambitious. The musicianship recalls back to their debut record, an album full of extended indie-rock jams. It's a Real Estate reinvented and modernized for the better.
