WALK AN ALBUM DAY #7 (22/03/25) RELISTEN
Spring is probably my favorite season—I never take it for granted, and I always appreciate the sun finally coming out. I also love the albums I associate with spring, and Dots and Loops is definitely one of them. It feels like a light in the dark, with this bright, exploratory sound that somehow manages to be both intricate and effortless at the same time.
I don’t think I fully appreciated my first listen as I sort of had it on in the ... read more
WALK AN ALBUM DAY #6 (09/03/25) FIRST LISTEN
While I didn't hate this, I didn't love it. I didn't really feel anything while listening to it.

I can't say my expectations were low, especially considering the purple star it has ... read more

"The soft distortion fills you up"
Only the second album I’m doing this concept with, and I’m already noticing a difference in how I listen and pay attention to the music. Today, I wanted to go for something I know I already love.
Homogenic has been my favorite Björk album for a long time. I remember my dad telling me that Mark Bell of LFO helped produce it, and that just made so much sense to me. The production is ... read more
