It’s a little bit too wordy for what the song is trying to say but the production slaps and it feels as tho Taylor really is in her bag here vocally
I've listened to this album quite a few times but never with the lyrics up, and like. yeesh sufjan. like thank goodness bro kept making music cause this is all bad in a very intense way.... that of course I love listening to
Chanel Beads woo. Big fan of that last chorus and outro on this one. I love the consistency in the singles so far, they feel similar to each other but unique to other music I hear everywhere else. Massively excited for the album FR
love it. I like the instrumental outro and there's a really cool chugging rhythm throughout the whole song that I really enjoy
It is really fun to listen to an album like this that is so absolutely opposite to the kind of music I listen to on a day to day basis. I noticed as I started reading the lyrics my enjoyment of the music really started to increase, I appreciate what it's doing and recognize it's probably better than a 70, but for my enjoyment that's probably about as high as it can go.
Some fun production but empty lyrics tbh. I know I won't remember this but it was a fun listen for sure
it can't be over stated how important this album was for LDS missionaries when it came out.
Both Charli xcx and Olivia Rodrigo dropping second singles this week that redeem my hope in their upcoming projects. feels very nice tbh
Feel like I was one of the only people in the world to really not vibe with drop dead, so I'm VERY happy to say we are so so so back
I had a fun conversation with a friend recently about Taylor swift albums, and how we experience them differently. For him this album has 2 or 3 songs that are winners so it's a successful album for him. I too have 2 or 3 winners from the album but the absolute trash that is the rest of it puts this as one of her worst on principle alone.
literally hate myself so bad for enjoying a charlie puth song, hikaru the things you do
based on other reviews on here I feel like high expectations really undercut this album for a lot of people. I've been aware of there stuff but never was like a die hard fan and Idk I wonder if that added to my general enjoyment of the album
noooooooo willoughby don't die ur soo sexy ahahahaha
something ain't working on this one. like it kinda just feels like nothing is going on, which makes the vocoder weirdly the best part of this
