Its somehow still the ice nine kills I know but a different genre. Some absolute bangers.
Monsters was that only song I knew by them for a long time. Why did I sleep on this. Its incredible
At first sight there are some great songs on here but overall it's not that special. However, when you realize it released in 1988 it becomes one of the best albums ever made. One of the most influential albums ever and incredibly ahead of its time.
Paralyzer: There's a reason why this was the band's hit song. 9/10
Falling On: Very catchy song. 8/10
I'll Keep Your Memory Vague: Not bad but not my favorite. 6.5/10
Lost My Way: A decent catchy song. 6.8/10
So-So Suicide: Can't explain why but this has always been my favorite of their songs. 10/10
Window Song: Its just ok and that's about it. 5/10
Sense Of A Spark: Another song that's just ok. 5/10
Talking to the Walls: Felt like it should have been a B-Side. ... read more
I don't think its their best but its a fun album to listen to. Both versions are good but I like the dynamic of both singers on the original more.
Probably my favorite song they made with Anthony and definitely in the top 5 of saosin songs.
Its crazy to hear these Anthony and Cove on the same album. They both sound as great as ever. I just wish there were a few songs from In Search Of Solid ground.
Tracks 1-4 are decent and the rest of the album is a masterpiece. Banger after banger. I’m not even a huge pop guy but this album is incredible. If tracks 3 and 4 were slightly better this would pretty much be perfect.
Definitely one of my biggest hot takes. This album is phenomenal front to back. My favorite sum 41 album and one of my favorite albums ever.
I like predator becomes the prey more however I can deny that this is a good album and really shows them finding their unique style.
This album is definitely the transition from their older style to the style that they have on the silver scream albums. Overall its a good combination of the two.
This is a good example of a band that has better music than their most popular songs. My personal favorite of theirs.
I know its not good and they have made WAY better but its a guilty pleasure.
Starts strong but looses me after a few songs. They still have yet to live up to Dont You Fake it
