I've since long ended my Sabaton era, but I always come back to Cliffs of Gallipoli every now and then, definitely the best song they've made
Found this album back in 2019, magnificent lyrics, lovely voice and chill vibes.
8&5 is peak job-core
Love Antell my beLoved
Such is the case with a lot of people, this album was the introduction for me into the Slavic post-punk genre.
Клетка will always slap, same goes with the other tracks, great stuff
Definitely over-looked, or under-appreciated, whatever
The Parchment is one of my favourite Iron Maiden songs by far, incredible vocal perfomance. Unfortunate to see it tank in ratings.
Same applies to most of the tracks in the album, cool melodies as well.
The only bad thing about it is Darkest Hour, sorry
I can only picture the funny ptichki birds running (from the "DAMNNN" meme) every time I listen to Dogs
Pleasant vibes, cool lyrics, yeah
Not counting Family Man, this is a flawless record, it's probably my favourite album
The Lake is such a great track, and made me interested in the Prog Rock genre further than just Pink Floyd.
Truly one of Mike's best from what I've listened to, for me it's a bit sad to see To France overshadowing this record, when I don't find it very appealing at all? Though the other tracks are very good.
From the sea shanty in The Lake, to the bagpipes in Afghan, it's just straight up fun to listen to this album.
Stay weird, Mike
