Initially, like a lot of people, I was somewhat disappointed by Kendrick's latest entry. The gap between DAMN and this record was quite long, and I was expecting something else entirely. However, I find myself constantly coming back to it, and I feel just like many of Kendrick's albums, it truly stands alone as a unique experience in the Hip-Hop genre.
