A huge improvement on Cold Spring Harbor. There are probably no bad songs on this album. While a few of them are truly great. I feel like the best early Billy Joel album experience would be to combine the best parts of the first two albums.

Because I have just watched the HBO documentary on Billy Joel, I am going to try and go through all of Billy Joel's albums. First, I listened to the fixed version of the album, not the initially screwed up mix. Cold Spring Harbor is not a great album, but I think it shows signs of the greatness to come.
