Roger Waters's magnum opus, this album is an absolutely perfect piece of art. The band did so well on it and this, in my opinion is the best four album run of all time, name a better one, I'll wait. These four albums have defined exactly what Pink Floyd is, they are the ones I will always go to first, I love them so much. This album felt like a book, it's a real experience and I could not recommend it enough.
A bit of a drop in quality and the first half is much better than the second half, but it's a soundtrack, so I can forgive it, it's not bad by any means, it's good, just not as good as most.
We've gone from very good to brilliant, this album's great, an underrated one at that, very interesting and feels long but also doesn't, not quite sure how to explain it. Not a bad thing though, I really liked this.
It's not bad, seriously isn't bad, I'd take this over "More" any day and "A Saucerful Of Secrets". This albums was certainly not boring, had a good live first half and I liked the experiments. I think this album is very important for shaping Pink Floyd into what they are today, because they all experimented and tested what worked and what didn't work so they could find their footing. They really like hurting your ears with those screeching noises on these ... read more
Meh, kind of a boring album, very mid, has some slightly heavier than usual tracks which is interesting, but at the end of the day, this is pretty bland.
Not too bad, a pretty large drop in quality but y'know. I think this is barely a studio album since they couldn't even be bothered making studio versions of half of the songs on here. Patience is by far the best song and One In A Million has a good melody but really bad lyrics, overall though, this album was okay.
Good show! Good show! Very good show boys! I'm glad Sabbath got the original lineup minus Bill to finish their legacy off with a bang. A very solid album and a satisfying closer.
Tony & Friends 5... Wow, absolute bullshit. A fucking Ice-T feature? What the fuck is this?! An absolute slug to get through and just uninteresting in most ways, extremely boring and just all around not good, at all.
Sorry Guns N' Roses haters, this album bangs, I love it. A very impressive start to have such massive hits on their first album, hopefully it's not too sharp a decline in quality from here on out.
Decent, but pretty forgettable, also this formula that was active since Born Again is getting pretty tired now, Sabbath just lost a lot of what makes them so unique when Ozzy left. Bill was the jazzy element, Tony was the mesmerizing guitarist, Geezer was the glue and the one that made the lyrics and Ozzy brought the sense of defining style, now without Ozzy or Bill, and occasionally without Geezer, this band is kinda vanilla.
Heavier and not bad at all, a very good album, we got some of our guys back and despite some tracks being not as impressive as others, this album was real good.
Tony & Friends IV... Another Black Sabbath underrated gem, this is brilliant, it may just be the same song over and over again pretty much, but I don't get the hate, also "The Law Maker" is amazing.
Tony & Friends III... Seriously though, this album was really good, I enjoyed all the tracks and while we had a two track run that wasn't quite as impressive as the rest, it picked back up to amazing and we have a brilliant solid album here, nice.
Once again, they have hit a brick wall. This is the worst album so far, real boring and the original lineup can't save it. Ima also treat Ian like Meg from Family Guy, shut up Ian.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!! This album's so good! I came into this thinking it'd be great but not this great, my god. This is the most aggressive album yet, I think Ronnie did an amazing job. To the people saying this album is mid, I am very confused, cause this is amazing.
We're back to brilliant, a great album to start the new era, they have slightly less kick and rawness now that Ozzy's gone, but slightly softer singing isn't a bad thing and there isn't any bad tracks, so there's no need to complain.
Wow, Black Sabbath finally made some shitass songs, along with a very poor album. I just got so bored listening to this. Sorry Sabbath, this really isn't it. They seem to have hit a bit of a brick wall on this album, but hey, can't win 'em all.
Wow, did not expect this! This album's bloody brilliant, what's all the fuss about? Just 'cause they differed from metal and tried something else? This album is amazing and I think they executed this new-ish sound very well.
