The Strokes making one of their best records nearly twenty years after their debut feels like some kind of music miracle. The New Abnormal is a step forward for the band while retaining their distinctive sound - despite being largely derivative of 80s pop and electronic music trends.

If I die and the angels of heaven don't sing Veridis Quo just go ahead and send me to hell.

One of the most fun albums ever. No skips.
