Bronson back in action?!
If you know me, you also know I love a good Action Bronson album, and that's exactly what Bronson delivered with "Planet Frog."
This album really leans into everything that makes Bronson's music unique and him. Bronson’s personality completely carries the album. His delivery is charismatic as always, and his lyrics bounce between funny and random in a way only he can really pull off. The songs feel spontaneous, but that’s part of the ... read more
To say I was anything but wowed after I listened to this album would straight up be a lie.
I discovered this album through discord, and after reading the concept about this album I definitely knew I had to listen, and I definitely wasn't disappointed!
The production on every single song is amazing, and you never once want to skip a single song on here, because all of them makes you feel something, in the best way possible, of course.
If you have time for it, I absolutely believe you ... read more
Thank you for the recommendation @OrangeFoliage !
This song was super good! The song was very heavenly to listen to, your vocals are absolutely excellent and so is your songwriting!
This will DEFINITELY be going into my favourite songs on spotify, thanks for the awesome recommendation man 🥹
"Tha Carter II" feels like the album where Wayne really becomes Wayne.
Compared to "Tha Carter," this sounds way more confident and creative as Wayne throws his lyrics out with creativity and ease, making most of the songs on this album sound very smooth.
Songs on this album feels looser and more alive, and even when the album runs long, he keeps it entertaining. I didn't lose my interest listening to this album despite the 22 songs here, because Wayne is very good ... read more
I don't think I have a lot about this album I want to say.
This type of music isn't really my thing at all, because I find it to be extremely overwhelming lol. I feel like there's too much going on, which I'm not really a super big fan of.
That being said, Bleood did a pretty good job with making "on E," because that song was actually pretty solid.
See, now I know this is a album a lot of people REALLY like, but I just didn't feel this at all.
This album wasn't bad by all means, but it felt very inconsistent in some ways to me — some songs were really good and some were actually pretty bad/mediocre.
Let's take "S on Ya Chest," or "Look Mama Made It" as an example. These songs were really good, had good beats, good lyrics and an overall good vibe and you could tell what the song was about ... read more
If you guys haven't been able to tell yet, I absolutely love John Denver, and I'm very happy I rediscovered his music recently lol. Definitely a gem in terms of folk music and someone we lost way too soon.
You know me and my crazy love for The Beatles, and the cover of "Let It Be" was super good!
Denver's songwriting is great, the melodies are nice, I like the rhymes and this album gave me a feeling of nostalgia.
I'm not sure why, but John Denver has definitely charmed me once again.
This album is very simple, and yet so beautiful at the same time.
This album put me in an even better mood than I already was, because of how calming and beautiful these songs were.
My standouts for this albums were "Annie's Song," and "My Old Guitar," because both of them had every single quality I absolutely love in a song, and really added positively to the overall of the album.
Oh my days, it has been a minute since I last listened to John Denver. Now I can't understand why I haven't listened to him in a while.
Is this album simple? Yes. Is anything crazy going on? No. Is this an absolute masterpiece? Absolutely.
The simplicity of this album is incredibly charming. Denver's voice is incredible. The lyrics fit the vibe of this album perfectly.
This album reminds me of scout camps, even the one I just came back home from today. It reminds me of the ... read more
"Mirage" is an incredible album from Camel, and it feels just one step away from perfect. It’s a huge standout in progressive rock.
The instrumentals are the biggest highlight of this alvum. The band blends complex structures with smooth, melodic passages, creating songs that feel both technical and easy to get lost in.
Even without a heavy focus on vocals, the album never feels empty. The music carries the emotion on its own, shifting between calm moments and more energetic ... read more
"Tana Talk 3" might be one of my favourite hip-hop albums, ever.
Benny’s lyricism is the main highlight of this album. His delivery is calm, and his writing is sharp, detailed, and full of great storytelling. Every verse feels focused and real, with no wasted lines.
The production of this is perfectly matching Benny’s style. The beats don’t try to do too much, but they create a strong atmosphere that lets the lyrics stand out.
Overall, "Tana Talk 3" is ... read more
"Tha Carter" is a solid early project from Lil Wayne. It doesn’t fully reach the level of his work later on, but you can hear the growth and potential throughout, and it's definitely an improvement from his earlier albums.
Wayne’s delivery is confident and energetic, and while his lyricism isn’t at its peak yet, there are moments where his personality really stands out.
There are some good highlights, but the album can feel a bit uneven, with a few tracks that ... read more
I'm really sorry for disappearing for a couple of weeks, but I've been super busy!
Thank you @SpeedyStarlight for the recommendation (idk why it won't tag ðŸ˜)
The Velvet Rope is a perfect album from Janet Jackson, and at 100/100, it stands out as one of her most powerful projects.
It’s a deeply personal album, dealing with themes like loneliness, identity, and self-worth in a really honest way. The mix of R&B, pop, and darker, more experimental sounds gives it a ... read more

"Dagger & Guitar" wasn't exactly what I expected — and for the first time while listening to Sort Sol, I must admit some of the songs didn't sound very appealing to me, and I felt quite overstimulated at times while listening to some of this. Like there was too much going on at once on some of the tracks, like on "Boy-Girl," and "As She Weeps."
The only reason I gave some of the songs I found hard to listen to higher ratings is because of how ... read more
