Kendrick Lamar - Section.80

His weakest in my opinion, but Miles from a bad album.

Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly

How does one artist have 2 masterpieces? Everyone else loves this. I love it too.

Black Sabbath - Black Sabbath
90

The ground erupted into flames. A thunderous crack roared through, as a phathomless chasm opens. Metal is born

Judas Priest - Firepower

They never left.

Iron Maiden - The Number of the Beast

Has this album aged? Well, yeah. Fine wines also age. This is perhaps the pique of classic metal. This album is a flaming skull on the back of a leather jacket. The jacket worn by a man with a six pack and flowing locks. He drives a flaming motorcycle down the highway to hell. He's a boomer, but you know he was the coolest mother fucker of his time.

Cheekface - It's Sorted

These are really the They Might Be Giants of the modern world. And, I am one hundred thousand percent here for it.

If you don't like this, that's a matter of personal preference and is okay. However, if you can't grasp the appeal, than you probably aren't very fun at parties. Megan brings such a contagious energy and awesome infectious confidence.

Echo & the Bunnymen - Porcupine

Decent 80s rock endeavor

Gouge Away - Deep Sage
70

Solid throughout. Looking forward to what they do next

Osees - Grave Blockers
50

There isn't much here

Gojira - Magma

This rocks mostly. Some songs do not though

Beastie Boys - Paul's Boutique
95

Production. Holy shit. Everything about this is so fucking good

Air - Moon Safari
75

I just enjoy this.

Lupe Fiasco - Samurai
80

Love the flows. Very solid

Johnny Cash - Songwriter

Far from his strongest release. Regardless, this is a charming posthumous album with some fun songwriting. Also, it has Johnny's voice, and I could listen to him sing about anything.

The Story So Far - I Want To Disappear
65

I wasn't crazy about this. Definitely fun in spots. My biggest gripe being that I wasn't super onto the vocals. Aside from those, though, it really wasn't bad. I could see myself listening again potentially.

"It's his worst album and it's still an eight imo. His best (in my opinion) is taboo(10) with MMESYF at a close second and high 9. KOTMS vol 2 is a strong 9. Imperial is a stronger 8. So is Zuu"
