How does one artist have 2 masterpieces? Everyone else loves this. I love it too.
The ground erupted into flames. A thunderous crack roared through, as a phathomless chasm opens. Metal is born
Has this album aged? Well, yeah. Fine wines also age. This is perhaps the pique of classic metal. This album is a flaming skull on the back of a leather jacket. The jacket worn by a man with a six pack and flowing locks. He drives a flaming motorcycle down the highway to hell. He's a boomer, but you know he was the coolest mother fucker of his time.
These are really the They Might Be Giants of the modern world. And, I am one hundred thousand percent here for it.
If you don't like this, that's a matter of personal preference and is okay. However, if you can't grasp the appeal, than you probably aren't very fun at parties. Megan brings such a contagious energy and awesome infectious confidence.
Far from his strongest release. Regardless, this is a charming posthumous album with some fun songwriting. Also, it has Johnny's voice, and I could listen to him sing about anything.
I wasn't crazy about this. Definitely fun in spots. My biggest gripe being that I wasn't super onto the vocals. Aside from those, though, it really wasn't bad. I could see myself listening again potentially.
