Peeps voice might have some inspiration from Kid Cudi cause those are the vibes I'm hearing with his voice.
Admittedly that's not my favourite kind of voice to listen to for rap, but he does find a way to make it work for slower themed tracks than someone like Kid Cudi (from the limited stuff I've listed too anyways)

A great album to just clsoe your eyes and relax too, really consistent album in its style and tone and is best to be listened to from front to back.
