Can't believe it took me this long to get to what might be the best Bill Evans record I've heard to date.
Still not my favorite from Bill, his iconic collaboration with Stan Getz is still one of my favorite Jazz albums ever. But this is a close second from Bill for me.
The best Vince album to date for sure. I'm not as high on it as most seem to be online, but I think I was just expecting a little more introspection on this album than I did bangers, that's just the vibe I got from the name and cover.
But still had a lot of fun with this, I wanted to just do either a top 5 or a top 10 tracks from Vince this decade. But I'm stuck between like 7 or 8, so I'm just going to list my faves from these 3 projects in no order.

Really the only song that I still have gone back to from Vince in general is WHEN SPARKS FLY, so I knew I'd still love that song. But the album as a whole was pretty damn good.
Starts pretty slow with the first 5 tracks I think, but from WSF to the end, it remains consistently good.
I didn't have a top 3 from his self titled tbh, just felt like a lot of the tracks melted together, and it may have been a little TOO short for its own good. But favorite tracks on here are WHEN SPARKS ... read more
The thing I love about Vince is that I can run through 3 of his albums in an hour and a half. Just did a full listen through his 3 albums from the decade so far, and unfortunately this one was not as good as I remember. Definitely the worst of the 3 that he's released in the 2020's.
After I review all 3 of the albums, I'm going to list out my favorite songs from Vince this decade.
36 Ounces was mid, Pick a Side was great until that shitty ass hook came in.
