after hearing APT i was interested to check the whole project. not that apt was a masterpiece by any means, but i liked its fun energy. most of the songs are slow and inoffensive. not a huge fun of the record but found some tracks i liked but still a bit disappointed.

interesting direction for lil yachty. i really like the Dark Side of The Moon influence and his sincerity trying to be vulnerable. Nice music pallet, i will definitely check it out again for a relisten

The Weeknd - After Hours

A dark and atmospheric journey. The production is amazing, the synths, the saxophones, and Weeknd's break up and toxic character really shines in this enviroment. The 5 song run from tracks 7-11 is amazing. I think the album is back loaded, the first half sets the tone but the second half is where it gets strong. The 80s are back in this one, blaring synths all over tthe tracklist, a great synthpop album. Also a highlight is the longest track of the album After Hours.
