first disc is great and unique but second disc is just the standard stevie wonder songs from at the time.
stevie wonder at the peak of his motown influenced sound and it, whilst it has it's hiccups, is pretty consistent.
unbelievably ahead of it's time in it's sound, message and vibe. it's so genrebending whilst keeping it's core contemporary r&b sound. if this album was released today, i honestly believe that it would hold up just as well if not more.
maybe he was right about this being possessed because it goes so fucking hard
