Final review!
The selection for Wilco was hard, as it came down to The Whole Love and this album. I really appreciate the sound The Whole Love was trying to accomplish, especially as a fresh, new direction for the band, but I ultimately made this selection because, although it may not live up to projects like Summerteeth or even their magnum opus YHF, it still captures the same sound and love I have for the band.

For my Weezer review, I decided to pick The Green Album. It’s not my personal favorite, but it’s severely underrated. I had only been familiar with the song “Island in the Sun” for the longest time, so seeing the low ratings for the other tracks made me cautious yet curious. Surprisingly! The Mollusk, in my opinion, is one of the best concept albums ever put together. Ween has been a hard band to review, as their earlier works have fun moments but ultimately feel like wasted potential.
