not sure how i never rated this. i loved this album a lot when it came out, and i still think a few of these songs are great. lights up, tbsl, she, and fine line are awesome
shoutout to bella blanchet for playing this in the car so much that i know all the words 8 years later. slaps.
nowhere near his best but the man got daft punk on the record and you have to give him points for that
its hard to rate projects from djs who make festival edm becasue with a lot of these artists you dont experience the record in its intended form unless you are listening to it on a massive pa system and dancing your ass off. knock2 was the main reason i went to lollapalooza last year, and their set was 70 minutes of pure joy. go see him or iso if they're in your city.
saw them open for the pilots in 2024 and am super happy to see their success in 2025. what can i say im a slut for indie rock always have been always will be <3
i love ants from up there with my soul and. hats off to racing mount pleasant for not only resurecting the feeling afut gave me, but on the flawlessly executed musicianship required to do so.
at the end of the day theres a bomb in my car.
i thought this album was pretty good, and then i listened to it live in the basement and i thought it was pretty great.
WOOOOO this is gas. indie rock in a way that i have not heard done often, which is frankly shocking considering how much of it i listen to, and how similar a lot of it is. rly good stuff
the stuff i loved about i didnt mean to haunt you improved upon. love how cohesive the vibe feels even though there's a lot of variety. as usual he has amazing production, theming, and features. ive loved watching his career and i cant wait to see what he will make next
i listened to this earlier last year and never rated it- ANOTHER sleeper dirty hit band. george daniel matty healy world domination.
found this from their fuck my computer remix, glad i listened to this album. love to see theyre a dirty hit band- a fitting 75 for being signed by my goats.
