This is one of the most distinct bodies of work i’ve listened to in a while. Ambient music is usually not my first choice, since it tends to be long and drawn out. I listen to ambient music in the background sometimes though. When i play a game, study, or sometimes when i go to sleep. In wake of The Tortured Poets Department, i think it's time for me to revisit and review Midnights.

Midnights is an album i believe is severely overhated. It's definetly not Taylor's best and has a lot of moments that are boring or unoriginal, but unlike Tortured Poets, none of these songs are outright bad imo.
