While being the first single of Quadeca's newest genre-bending experiment of an album in "life1", the song itself does not provide more than just a catchy song to listen to and enjoy.
As a surprise drop EP, 'secret admirer' is full of songs that burst out energy, with 'tuck me in' being a highlight of the EP and their career as a whole.
In her 3rd full-length LP, Slayyyter manages to take front (and center) stage, demanding your attention to her energetic beats, danceable choruses, and heavy-hitting drums no matter what you may be doing while you listen.
The duo's newest record has a very distinct 'Death Grips' and 'Jane Remover' inspired feel, while still using their prior EPs as a backbone of their new, electronic dance style.
In a year full of heartless projects made for money, Drug Bug's "Hell for a Basement" stands apart as a beautifully written garage rock album full of catchy melodies, lovely vocals, and punchy instrumentals; all wrapped in a package delivered straight from the soul.

It's a rainy night. You're sitting on the beach, alone, staring off into the distance, throwing little pebbles into the water and watching them bounce. You can hear the horns of distant boats, but you tune them out and close your ears to listen to the gentle crashing of the waves. They get louder and louder in your ears, no longer sounding like waves but more like the crackling of a fire that you cannot feel nor see.
You're cold. You're so god damn cold.

In their highly anticipated fourth album, Underscores manages to deliver incredible pop performances along with their extremely danceable electronic beats, seeming to take inspiration from some of the greats like Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears.
i really like the first two thirds but honestly the last third really brought it down for me. plus some of the beats (i.e. BULLY and WHITE LINES) could use just a LIIIITLE bit more to give it that real kanye feel. Overall, this is a good comeback album and i'm looking forward for what he'll put out in the future.

I don't normally listen to choral albums. However, today in my chorus class, my teacher recommended me this album to listen to. I really liked it. I think the message is very pretty, it sounds nice, and I enjoyed most of the songs. However, I think it's just too long and not relistenable enough for me to give it an 100. I love everything about it though, almost made me cry 3 times lol

What an album.
I've been putting this album off for a while now. I was recommended it back in august of 2023 by a friend, and as I had only heard "Twin Fantasy (Face to Face)" at the time, I wasn't really sure what to expect. I listened to the start of "The Ending of Dramamine," stopped playing it, and turned it off and never looked back.
What a fucking mistake that was.
Honestly, I'm kind of glad I didn't finish listening at that point. I had barely ... read more
