The music itself does not sound bad, very over hated by music critics who hop on the ye hate train just so people will like them more. Vultures 2 is better than Vultures 1 and has some good tracks including 530 and Sky City, and while it may be said to be "distasteful" or "loud, brash, utterly devoid of substance" the lyrical substance is not the whole album and many albums have been regarded way higher than Vultures with just as bad lyrical substance (Y2K). I liked it more at first but I took a break after song 19 and I came back, and for some reason I didn't enjoy it as much today. Some songs are better than others, some songs sounded just boring but overall it was alright.

Based on what I've heard and the album cover I was expecting something great, that was my first mistake. My second mistake was hoping features could redeem a song, but overall this album was not great. Lots of mediocre lyrics with mediocre beats with a not so great flow. I will no longer judge a book by it's cover after this album. The best song on here was a Travis Scott song but still the other 9 songs just felt repetitive. Overall, this album was not awful but was not good by any means.
