One of the most disappointing releases of the decade. Some of the tracks here are fantastic, some of Chance’s best work to date. On the other hand, some of these songs make me want to cut off my ears and sew them to my ass because listening to that for eternity would be better than hearing Hot Shower
A trippy, psychedelic journey through Rocky’s life, filled with smooth flows and unique production. Amazing features as well
This project is either heavily overrated or heavily criticized. It isn’t a 10/10 project by any means, but it’s one of the best places to start when getting into rap and is full of enjoyable tracks
You know Kendrick’s one of the best rappers of all time when he releases an album of b-sides and it manages to be better than many rappers’ best projects
I can’t say anything about this project that hasn’t been said already. Beautiful jazz fused with Kendrick’s masterful wordplay and commentary on the world around us makes for a perfect album
