I will listen to as few albums as possible until I get my dopamine issue fixed. I started fasting, limit watching YouTube, Blocked most social media sites, well except this site and others. And stopped watching corn, that's where the dopamine issues originated. I also discipline myself by doing hrv breathing, pranayama, cold showers, and eating probiotics and prioritizing sleep, this is the culmination of my three years journey of self control. If I fix my dopamine issues, I will be so so happy.
