A byproduct of the AFX Discord server, buddywudd1 is a fast moving burst of tracks that only spares a break from the high-pitched Amen breaks and overdriven synths in the short silence between each song. The influences of Aphex Twin and Autechre shine through, but the pitch-shifting and occasional lower tempo moment gives it a fresh and modern sound.

A great pair of tracks from the first Sweet Trip album in almost TWELVE years. The first track, Walkers Beware!, calls back to the more indie pop inspired sound on their last album, You Will Never Know Why, but this time the production is way cleaner and polished, and a layer of electronics and shoegazed guitars creates a cold atmosphere.
