Go Plastic fuses the insanely intricate beat programming of Feed Me Weird Things and Daddy with the abstruse experimentation of 1998's Music is Rotted One Note. It's the best of both worlds.

It's not gimmick-driven: Jenkinson is a wickedly talented musician, with a real taste for subtlety and structure. His world just goes by at a head-frying pace, and he has an idea for every moment of it.

Since Squarepusher proved that he can make fascinatingly mad noise sandwiches nearly four albums ago, one sorta starts to wish he'd try making something like a song. Now that would be sick and twisted.

Sqaurepsuher is an artist that's been on my radar for over a year now. I absolutely love tracks like squarepushers theme for it's groovy nature and amazing bassline, as well as the masterpiece of a track beep street, a track I would go as far as calling the magnum opus of drill 'n' bass, jungle, breakcore etc. . While the jazzy acousticness of Tom's usual work is missing, there's still a lot of fun scattered throughout Go Plastic.
