I'm blown away by how good this album is. The level of production and the quality of sampling is unbelievably good. This would have to be one of my favourite albums of the year. Period.
I'm so keen for what comes next, but first, I need to go back and listen to the previous ones.
Such an underrated classic. This is definitely one of the best post-punk albums from that era. I wish I could listen to "And She Would Darken the Memory" for the first time again. That song is the definition of a post-punk masterpiece.

Listening to Vol. 4 for the first time felt like walking into a dimly lit séance led by four musical sorcerers. I didn’t just listen to the album, I experienced it.
