This was personal. There were no beat switches. There were no clever lines with however many entendres. This wasn't some Kendrick dancing and waving around his hand in the air. This Kendrick had an agenda. Make a fucking joke out of Drake, his life, and the people he surrounds himself with. Also bringing key issues to the forefront. And after all of that... the closing line of this song was the cherry on top. Honestly that's all that needs to be said.
The energy Kendrick is bringing is insane!! Drake you gotta do more than just call him short because you're talking about a short KING!!!
Fuck, this song and ESPECIALLY the production-side of it is HOT! (no pun intended)
Bladee and rage music is a very welcome combo meal. Almost as good as the sad meal at McDonalds
Porter is just making some well produced pop BANGERS! Puts a ":D" on my face!
A very incredible and complete sounding experience. Drifts my mind into a vivid world of nostalgia. Feels like I could just go on a late night drive and ponder over my life whilst listening to this. On the other hand this album feels like it could put me into to a lull. A slightly eclectic lull, but a lull regardless. One of my favorite electronic albums!
This album cover goes hard, the music goes hard, all of it makes me ha-

Ok so what if this album does give me a music boner?!
So close to perfect and definitely my favorite album of his! I'll even take the quote on quote "underrated" tracks or the ones that feel off from the rest of the album. I'm talking songs like "John Wayne", "X-Wing", and "The Smell Of Death" for example. Every moment on this album feels necessary and I love all these songs. Some songs just don't feel like they measure up when listening to the rest of the songs around them. Regardless I have a lot of love ... read more
My well put together thoughts and constructive criticism on this song: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Production is definitely a big highlight on this, but man I am so happy that Tyler is back to rapping so convincingly! Main thing that lowers my score is the bridge not being the strongest, but man that chorus STICKS!
Perfect listen in my opinion. I've been a fan of Porter's ever since Worlds first came out and I was very eager when this album was announced. I really thought I'd find at least a few tracks here dull, but I'm pulled so deeply into this euphoric experience. This ranks up there for albums that sound like the album cover. It really feels like I am just falling face first into some sweet digital grass. Can't tell you how many times I've re-listened to this album. I still don't ever find myself ... read more
The opener is one of their best songs in my opinion. Lovejoy is slowly improving their craft over time. Still some very boiler-plate sounds to a lot of their indie rock, but it feels very unique to them. Overall enjoying what I'm hearing!
Just two guys doing hella good falsetto vocals. Mix in Kevin's more psychedelic style with Thundercat's funky grooves and you have a match made in heaven! Dream collab that actually ended up being fireworks!
What a flex! Already flexes a lot and especially on the original CMIYGL and even on some of these tracks, but to have so many incredible tracks on a deluxe?! The fact that none of these made it honestly surprises me. All solid songs and some PEAK Tyler songs like "SORRY NOT SORRY"
In conclusion: That's a lot of motherfuckin' necklace
This was left off the album?! Tyler fr cooked, ate it all, and left no crumbs. Absolutely incredible!
