Taylor come back with some sick beats and a veil of controversy. This album should’ve been a lot shorter to be honest though. The album is scattered all over the place and the “bad girl” persona almost comes off as a facade when half of the songs are about love. This album is packed with pop hits with some of her most iconic songs and tunes, but the songs that lie in between those hits shine for me the most in this album
Taylor’s best, her songwriting is relatable and has her best songs but some of her worst with stay stay stay and run and the album shines with the singles, especially the last time
Taylor leans into country rock and gives us her best album to date. Taylor gives us a great album with speak now. The guitar on this album shows her large improvements and this album is single handily written and a pleasing album to hear
