phenomenal. i don't think any reviews i make could do this justice.
funky fresh, love seeing bpc with a faster flow. the sample(s) are absolutely angelic, as usual. a head-bumping, lemonade sipping, speaker shredding delight to listen to. this sounds like a Morning Sunrise (if you know you know). rhyme schemes have also very much improved, and his hunger has definitely not faded in the slightest. nothing less than perfection
"the only place a stank face's a compliment" 🔥🔥✍
amazingly done, fantastic concept too
WE'RE OUTSIDE, REJOICE, REJOICE!
i think all the instrumentals were recorded live btw which is insane talent
peak incarnate i love this too much to be able to write about it because then i'll start foaming at the mouth like a rabid dog
ridin' with the blower is so funky i love it
70 ---> 90 because most of the songs are in my playlist and i have developed a special appreciation for them. kxng crooked is also just generally top 5 material so liek,.,..,
would've won him the battle against almost any other rapper. it's a good song, but not a good enough diss track
i've listened to demondice's whole discography multiple times over just to make sure i hate this shit
she is so bad that it has become a running gag in my friend group when we're talking about bad music to just randomly say "better than demondice though LOL". it is horrible. every song she has is like the emoji movie of hip hop
the best storytelling album i've listened to, not a single miss. good kid was my favourite
"grrr we're sick of the concepts we want an album with bangers"
*drops an album with bangers*
"this one has no thought put into it, 0"
😐
PS: "gnx" is fucking garbage LOL
great storytelling, vocals, and amazing guitar solos
(live 1977 version solos but you didn't hear that from me https://youtu.be/09839DpTctU?si=sNTYxoNVpvmlh6kl)
the punchlines really speak for themselves on this album. HEAVY big L inspiration is apparent. "i'm in the fourth row, signin autographs at your show"
god the beats and the features on this ep are delicious
kxng crooked my goat ate everything on stockholm syndrome
who wants what was lowkey kinda mid........
line em up was a solid like 7.5, it'd be an 8 if busta talking about his mom didn't get old
momentum was a fucking 200/10, like a youtube comment said, black thought started levitating in the booth and emitting gamma rays
the most underrated eminem album, no disrespect to relapse fans considering i am one, but as much as they want to claim that their album's the most underrated, news flash; if everybody says it's underrated, IT ISN'T UNDERRATED!
le track ratings:
The Ringer: 8/10, beat is kinda mid but the aggressive energy he brings out makes up for it. "do you have any idea how much i hate this choppy flow everyone copies though? probably no, get this fuckin audio out my audi yo, adios, ... read more
mid, really dissapointed by this one. temporary and somebody save me had me falling asleep. lowkey almost ruined my year. just to be clear, it's good, but not what i would've expected from an eminem album.
