Edward Skeletrix - Museum Music
70

Liked some of the beats, appreciate songs like Skeletrix Island, drug story. Even though hes incoherent asf on a lot of these songs, I still see some potential

J Dilla - Donuts
95

An immaculate album made by one of the best producers of all time. long live J Dilla
Edit: Don't cry made me cry, 93-->95.

454 - FAST TRAX 3
80

Candy production, really like it

Chief Keef - Almighty So
85

Hard hitting, catchy tape

Playboi Carti - Die Lit
85

So fucking fun, lean 4 real is my fav carti track

JID - The Forever Story
95

MODERN CLASSIC.

This is JID so far at the height of his rapping ability, his storytelling is amazing and vivid in songs like crack sandwich and sistanem and 2007 (even though that's in the extended version which is how its supposed to be listened to but due to sample clearances it took time to release).

Aside from JID, who was amazing all throughout the album, the features all helped elevate their respective songs, James Blake and Yuli provide an enchanting chorus in sistanem, Lil durk ... read more

Denzel Curry - Melt My Eyez See Your Future
90

Denzel is very introspective on this, more so than his previous albums like in Melt session #1, the ills. I love how fun he can still be with songs like Sanjuro (that guitar riff is orgasmic) and ain't no way. The production is great as well.
Idk how I haven't rated this yet, listened to this a long time ago

Danny Brown - Quaranta
85

Very somber production for the most part, I like how he utilized his lower inflection for like half the album. Very Good

Nettspend - BAD ASS F*CKING KID
50

Came in with an open mind, and I enjoyed some instrumentals

FKA twigs - LP1
88

Mesmerizing and fantastic.

Jai Paul - Leak 04-13 (Bait Ones)
82

Really love the production and his singing at times. My only qualms would be that sometimes the mixing drowns out his vocals a little too much and obviously the project being obviously unfinished and not being fully fleshed out. Still good even with it basically being demos

Kendrick Lamar - GNX
88

Really fun project, obviously feels like Kendrick's least conceptual album but it feels fun and catchy enough to revisit it.
Edit: 86->88
Hey now is such a fun track dody6 came in with an amazing verse

Fiona Apple - Tidal
90

I love how she sings with so much conviction, very emotional at times.
Outstanding

Sampha - Process
86

His vocals are so soulful and angelic

Danny Brown - XXX
88

I loved this, funny ass lyrics, great flows and I love how the tone of the album changes after DNA.
30 is also probably one of my fav ending tracks ever

JPEGMAFIA - HAZARD DUTY PAY!
100

Goat, Raw, fire, generational.
Thank you for making music Peggy

"@hushh Peggy had some charismatic performances at times and some nasty flows like on Muddy waters, he also rode the beat switch on kingdom hearts key and also had an iconic verse on Lean beef patty, and went crazy on GPK. Danny also had iconic verses on God loves you, he also did his thing on Burfict. I just disagree completely when ppl say that "danny carried in terms of rapping", "Peggy carried" when Imo they both helped elevate the album."

"Yeah, I'm ngl I don't agree with this, especially the whole theme of being a caricature of his old self, because he still shows so much creativity and difference between projects, but I respect your opinion and this is a good review"
