aw man whyd you do that):
Every single song on this album has something to be appreciated deeply. Whether that's a certain way she uses samples or vocal distortion or her incredible lyricism. Just excellent.
I enjoyed this album a lot. No really, stop looking at the score. The story and the majority of the lyricism (especially in the closing few tracks) are both excellent. Every song has something which gets stuck in your head and brings you back. But ultimately its musically lacking; whether its being a bit too repetitive or just trying something which doesn't quite work.
It makes very little difference to me that this album sounds virtual identical to a Black Country New Road album. It's unequivocally beautiful and moving. Some of the songs do fall off near their ends though.
