After two rather bland albums, Motörhead kicks off the 90s with one of their better efforts. Probably the best 'classic Motörhead' the band has sounded since Bomber. No fuzzy production or crappy mix, it's good ol' rock n roll (yeah, no, you're a metal band, Lemmy) like you want it to. This really shows their versatility. Motorhead is no one-trick pony. They can go from thrash to heavy metal to 50s rock n roll to blues to powerful anthemic ballads that can even bring a tear to your eye. one of their all-time bests. Perfect for the Lemmy doubters and motorhaters. Fan fucking tastic. (9/10)

It’s honestly amazing how consistent this band was man. It’s just pure rock and metal dirtiness. Sure it’s not like a crazy progression of sound but it’s Motörhead, it’s good old fashioned rocking. You got classics like I’m So Bad and No Voices in the Sky, plus other great tunes like The One to Sing the Blues, Make My Day, or Shut you Down. This is probably my favorite Motorhead record, all of the songs here hit like a truck.
