Alien Boy's 2018 record, "Sleeping Lessons", is not particularly diverse. It swings between songs that are especially slow and moody to ones that are still slow, and still moody, but a bit more anxious and punk-ish. It might sound like I'm discrediting the album for that but that couldn't be less true.

The album just isn't very distinct among other nu-gaze music. Each track kind of loses itself within each other other and I forget the track I'm listening to.
