The most notable difference here is Vortex taking over lead vocals (having provided guest appearances on previous releases), and showcasing his over the top vocal delivery. He is a great fit for the band, even if I personally prefer Garm's unique style. A lot of the tracks here are also a bit more streamlined, with a lot less avant-garde moments while experimental attempts are brought to more of a minimum.
