One is a landmark record in the Bee Gees' career as the title track became their first top 10 single in the US thus ending the blacklisting they were facing since the early 80s.
This album has some similarities with E.S.P. but it's less rock and more pop (which I welcome) and honestly it's one of their best releases, the songs for the most part are memorable and truly standout, they sound confident.

Highlights: It's My Neighborhood, One and Flesh and Blood.
