Wolfbastard aren’t inventing the wheel by any stretch of the imagination, and for some that will be an immediate turn off. But if you want something that’s no-nonsense, distilled to the purest point and just a lot of fun, then Satanic Scum Punks could well be the sleeper hit of the year.

It is what it is.
A black metal album with a British punk twist. All eleven tracks all offer the same thing, it gets old super quick. I do appreciate the comedic nature of the record and i'm glad that they don't take themselves seriously but there really isn't anything interesting here. I've never seen the appeal to black metal but this album certainly isn't the one to open my eyes. Skip this one.
Nenhum gringo ainda conseguiu fazer a conexão Black Metal com Crust Punk tão bem quanto o Sangue de Bode e eu acho isso lindo.
Dito isso, esse disco é legalzinho. Instrumentalmente puxa mais para o Punk com umas passagens onde a guitarra usa o tremolo pra puxar mais o Black Metal mas a essência dos instrumentos ainda reside no Punk. O vocal é muito mais puxado pro Black Metal e é bem feito mas sem grande surpresa também.
