"XVI" is a pretty superfluous intro that moves into "Warpath", vicious speed and hellish blackened sci-fi atmosphere. The pace is old school, the melody slays nicely. The backing choir vocals are pleasant touch for the sci-fi element, sharp leadwork in the solo along with smooth riffing.
