One of the best Prince (published five years before with The Family) covers ever, better than the original.
I was ready to not actually give this the perfect score based on the instrumentation being a little boring, then the strings hit. Impeccable.
just gorgeous, sinéad’s vocal ability on this track is absolutely stunning and the arrangements?? a true tearjerker, just phenomenal and breathtaking, everything i want from a ballad and more, rest in peace sinéad 🩵
