An album that I was somewhat & unknowingly introduced to from an early age 'Hold Your Color' is the nonstop, fiery debut album released in 2005 by Drum and Bass collective Pendulum. Hold Your Colour used some samples that were even a bit cheesy in 2005 that felt a bit dated the day it hit the pavement. But the high speed journey is so clean and crystal like. Th DNB side of it is honored with club tested beats that get ravers bouncing, while the synth experimentation honors a tradition of music to go on a trip with.
