I really like Coals's dynamic approach to Indietronica here, and he whole experience alternates really well between that and the more dreamy soundscapes, always with a good ear for vivid instrumentals. Unfortunately the second half couldn't keep up with the quality of the palette of soubds the first brought, but it's still a fun segment despite being somewhat of a detour. Don't get me wrong, it's a solid record, but I think it could have been an amazing one.
