Revisiting one of my favorite rap albums of all time certainly has been a treat. I stopped listening to it for awhile, probably just because I listened to it so much, but I mean, I can see why I played it so fucking much. This record is one of the best and most important music experiences I’ve had with the genre ever and I desperately want to share how excellent Celestial Clockwork is with all of y’all.

'Celestial Clockwork' is simply, so cool, and probably my favourite rap album ever.
Every word is imbued with vivid descriptions of what I see in dreams, spoken with the assurance that he has trod and catalogued every dreamscape to minute perfection.

I've been excited to check out Illogic's music for a while - and it didn't disappoint! He kept up just the same energy as the feature songs I know him from, where his style meshed really well with some of my favourite 2000s rap acts like cLOUDDEAD. Time Capsule is one of the greatest songs ever. Brilliant writing and delivery from all three rappers (especially Aesop holy shit) and the coolest fucking abstract hip-hop beat ever

this album blows my fucking mind and balls. the concepts on every song is outstandingly well executed and i get violent goosebumps after every track. an underrated gem and a classic in my eyes.
