Coming into this album I wasn’t familiar at all with Daoko’s discography aside from a few songs, including the 2 stellar singles from this album Otogino Machi and Ocharaketayo. So going in I honestly didn’t know what to expect.

daoko pausing then saying... "bass" before the bass comes in on the title track actually made me laugh
it actually took me a while to get to this album even though i've loved daoko since 2015. but this project is a big improvement from her last album and feels a lot like an update on her debut (which i love a lot). almost experimental in parts with lots of good singing and production details. definitely worth listening to.
